What I want is a system who respect this situation because if I choose goals difference rule (who is in the basic DFS) at the end A is on place 1 and B in the place 2 and this is not right.
But, if I choose direct games, at the end we have right B on place 1 and A on place 2 BUT in the rounds 1-29 the position on table is not right on the same points because B is on place 1 even it have less goals difference.

Now I understand your point. But I'm afraid there is no possibility to exactly allow you to build the tables you want. All options in "Punkte/Tabellenregeln verwalten" belong to the whole season with no way to seperate a single match day.

You may only use "Saison/Einstellungen und Spielplanung/Spez. Optionen" to assign a certain position to every team by hand (even for the final table only) - but you have to do this again for every new season.
