Your solution is not going to work (eventually).
A WebDB is a DB with all entities edited by admins (marked with the red circle with a white star). As a mere user, you cannot add such objects, and anything you add (in öffentlichen ID-Bereich) will invalidate the WebDB status and prevent the database from merging with others.
A merged DB cannot be updated live for the reasons stated above. You must then update it manually, because if you merge newer copies, obviously your additions won't be there.
