2. Unicode is not fully supported (it is supported internally, but formally only ISO-8859-1 characters are recognized when names are sorted). You can work around this by changing your system codepage, but be aware that if you edit a name with characters from another codepage, they will be mangled.
3. It depends on how many missing scorers you have and whether you will be able to find them eventually. DFS will throw errors at you but they can be ingored (also when checking the entire season).
4. This was never an option, probably because it would interfere with the time axis display. You can put minutes in the note field (easier but not recommended) or in user-defined fields (more work).
6. Datei > Benutzerdefinierte Datei verwalten > Spieler/Trainer > add a new date field
7. Try LigaChampion if you want this kind of functionality. You may need to google a bit since it is not linked from the author's homepage anymore.
