The Placar archive has been known for a long time, but it won't help with full names. With the same nickname being shared by several players in each season, you can imagine the resulting mess.
Weltfussball has started adding 2003 lineups, let's see how far back they can carry this. No guarantee they match nicknames to the correct players though.
