I can officially say that the problem with the "Spielplane" in non-German Windows versions is solved; however, there is still a glitch at the options screen, as clicking anything except "Weiter" produces a hang. This also happens at final screen where you can choose to continue the previous season (if you check that option), so I don't know how it is supposed to work.
